Terms of Service

ApplyFrom (applyfrom.com) is operated by Hubble42 Inc., a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act, based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. In these terms, "ApplyFrom", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Hubble42 Inc. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

ApplyFrom is a job discovery service. We aggregate job postings that employers publish on their own public career sites and applicant tracking systems, and we use automated systems, including AI models, to assess which postings appear open to applicants in the locations we cover. Paid plans unlock the full set of verified listings.

We are not a recruitment agency, staffing firm or employer. We do not submit applications on your behalf, and applying to any job happens on the employer's own site under the employer's terms.

Our eligibility checks are automated and best-effort. Employers change, close and repost jobs at any time, and a posting that was open when we indexed it may be closed, changed or restricted by the time you apply. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability or freshness of any listing, and we do not guarantee interviews, offers or employment. Always confirm the details on the employer's own posting before applying.

Job listings remain the property of the employers that published them. A listing appearing on ApplyFrom does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by that employer.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. Accounts are personal: one account per person, and paid access may not be shared, resold or pooled. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

Paid access is billed through our payment provider, Stripe. The price, billing period and what is included are shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel your plan from the billing portal linked on the pricing page. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, bulk-export or systematically copy the listings database or any substantial part of it;
• resell, republish or redistribute content from the service without our written permission;
• probe, disrupt or overload the service, or attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours;
• use the service for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, with a refund of any unused prepaid period only where the law requires it.

The ApplyFrom name, site design, software and original content belong to Hubble42 Inc. Job postings and employer trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hubble42 Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update the service and these terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change to these terms, we will post the updated version here and update the date above; continued use after that means you accept the change. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time by contacting us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
